Yay finally back from today's training... whoa... and i was thinking today's training was going to be a bad one.. haha...i thought that there would be a lot of shouting and pumping today but end up there wasn't any much of shouting but still got a few pumping... cause those who dunno Yong Xuan, my senior who is our school first badge of wushu member went down to help us today, he was quite a fierce person one that's when when i first know him but that was like so long time ago..people can change u know? So now he ok lar.. but still better then last time, he is like a guy who likes to fight and shout for no reason... a lot of people from my school didn't really like him much but i also dunno y so don ask me...haha... so today's training i think it was quite a blast^^ haha... fun lor today..XP... i guess my juniors also had a blast too ba..haha...

Well Yong Xuan came about 9am and helped us with the warm up.. well his style is like our ex-instructor so i and my friends who were the seniors there find it quite fun cause we haven been doing these type of warm up for a very very very long time.. ok just for about 1 year but the warm ups are about the same as pa... which he learn from our instructor lor... so after the warm up he played a little game with us... idiot Yong Xuan he and his little game.. firstly he ask the seniors which is the form a human chain then after that he ask the juniors to pull us away... and if they managed to pull us away we are going to do push ups... so 1 person being pull away from the chain we have to do 2 push ups.. and we were so surprised that the juniors were so rough... i guess that's what they say people cant judge a book by its cover... haha... end up they pull 8 people away, leaving Qian Yong and Shi Min still in the chain... also leaving our arms with red marks by our juniors... big bully.. juniors bullying seniors? hear it before? well that's the first time i hear juniors bullying seniors and i was the seniors who were bullied... but i guess cant help it lar.. since it is just a game.. T.T but very painful the marks that the juniors created cause they use a lot of force to pull us away...anyway we had to do 16 push ups, that were all the seniors doing excluding Yong Xuan... but that was nothing.. haha... cause i still rmb that time we had to do about 100 plus push up that time was very hell.. haha... but i guess i am a bit used to push up le (but dun ask me do the boy's push ups i cant do that haha)....so 16 push ups isn't a matter to us i guess... haha...after that Yong Xuan break us to 2 groups.. Idiot Yong Xuan he and his good ideas... he know what he ask us to do? he first ask us to run up the stage and shout out " WE LOVE SINGAPORE" then run outside of the hall to get the rubbish bin and bring it inside after that we had to protect Shi Min as the other group would be bring her to the other side.. so when they carried her to the other side, we tried to stop them by pulling her back... Poor Shi Min it must hurt a lot as when it was over, her arms were more redder than ever.. haiz.. that's what happen when we play games.. so when u ask us to play games with u all, u better watch out... haha... cause we are the rough girls... ^^ joking joking... so after the games Yong Xuan help us in the formation in the jazz dance (flush toilet).. lucky for him it took him a while to finished the formation... T.T we took a while that time to teach them... Yong Xuan pro lar... about to get them into formation so fast.. haha.. ya lor.. he got about 3 years of experiences le.. if not good teacher then how he teach people? haha... so after finishing the formation we went to have our lunch...

After coming back from lunch we went to sleep which is out afternoon nap... haha... so we play the ocean music and tried to get them to relax but i guess they still a bit hype cant get them to sleep... i wanted to sleep but i couldn't because of the noise which my juniors were making and the banging of the floor which Yong Xuan was making.. =.= of course i cant sleep lor.. so after the 'nap' Yong Xuan taught the juniors the yay yay yay dance and give us the formation of it... so we finished half of it but that's all we had learn so we just have to stop there... and Yong Xuan taught them sure fast... Pro xia... haha...after that we got pizza to eat ^^... thanks Miss Tan.. nono i mean Mdm Tan.. i have to change that... haha.. XP... cant kick the old habit... yay.. i haven taste pizza for a very long time le ^^... haha... after that Min Min and I continue to teach the international dance the Spanish dance while the rest of the seniors taught the Chinese dance china blue... lucky we had Yong Xuan to correct the international dance on their starting as they were quite messy during the starting part.. haiz.. who ask me no experience in these... i m so bad at teaching people lol... ok lar.. teaching ok but dun ask me to give them formation and looking at their mistake.. i m such a blur blur one, cant even see their mistake lol only sometimes then can spot out...after that we let the international dance and Chinese dance people to play with Yong Xuan while the rest of the seniors and 2 international dance junior, Pearl and Lynn did the formation of our own Spanish dance which we were going to perform on 28th of Dec... and it was quite fast, we took about half an hour to finished it ^^... yay.. we have finished teaching all the dances to our juniors le... now just left correcting the juniors... haha.. after we finished our Spanish dance... we found out that Yong Xuan have been bullied by our juniors... haha.. Poor Yong Xuan... haha.. if it was us we wont do it lol.. he our big brother u know? how would anyone dare bully him... our juniors lol... haha... =D end up he own them to do a pole dance.. luckily for us we came in time to watch it... thanks to the security guard uncle we were able to watch him dance as the school was going to close soon... haha... even though the pole dance wasn't like the original pole dance but still it was quite fun to see our seniors doing a pole dance... it had been quite a while i have seen people doing pole dance... haha.. the last time was when we were playing a game during wushu then they were forfeit and had to do the pole dance.. that's was quite fun.. haha... miss the old days... i miss Mr Low... T.T

Haiz... cant wait to the 20th hope Yong Xuan got come down to help us again... haha... it would be fun^^... 20th going to do mass wash... haha.. hope that day would be sunny then we can do the washing.. long time never do le.. die le.. so many clothes we have the wash.. nvm ^^... at least we got call the wushu members to come down to wash too.. cause also have their costumers.. haha.. so it would be fast to finished the washing ba... Yay maybe Wednesday got go out with him^^... then Thursday may meet my aunt i think, that's what my dad sayd.... Cant wait to Wednesday and Thursday then i can see him and my aunt.. night time le.. now about 10 plus le.. should be sleeping soon... had a tired day le.. Zzzz... so tired.. Nites all... Sweet Dream... Zzzzzzzz....
